Knight Senior Advisors was born out of a deeply personal mission. Our journey began with the memory of Meghan’s late grandmother, Marion, whose experience with aging inspired a calling to ensure no family has to navigate the complexities of senior care alone. What started as a tribute to a loved one has grown into a dedicated practice built on advocacy, expertise, and heart.
Since our founding, we have had the privilege of walking alongside many families, guiding them through some of their most challenging transitions. There is a profound joy in seeing a senior thrive in a new environment and hearing the collective exhale of a family who finally feels at peace. These successful placements aren't just milestones for our company; they are the fuel that drives us.

Cory’s work is rooted in over 15 years of mission-driven leadership in the non-profit sector. Having previously served as the CEO of a local non-profit and a lifelong advocate for those in need, he brings a high level of professional integrity and advocacy to the senior living landscape. Today, Cory translates that experience into a personalized approach, acting as a trusted resource dedicated to protecting the dignity and well-being of seniors throughout their journey.

Meghan believes that true advocacy begins with a genuine connection. As a Co-Founder of Knight Senior Advisors, Meghan leverages a lifetime of heart-led work in education and senior care to help families find clarity in the complexities of aging. Since 2014, she has been a dedicated guide for families, helping them navigate the emotional and logistical transitions of senior living with steady hands and an expert perspective.
With her Master of Education and years of experience in the senior living industry, Meghan has a unique gift for making the complex feel simple. She understands that behind every move and every care plan is a person with a story, and she uses her expertise to ensure those stories are honored. Rather than just navigating a process, Meghan focuses on listening deeply—translating her industry knowledge into a gentle, clear path forward that eases the burden on the families she serves.
